Armani bringing Italian Style to Miami Real Estate


The news of Italian Fashion Icon Giorgio Armani being part of a new luxury project has been received with excitement throughout Miami and the Sunny Isles area, as the early reported details about this collaboration appear to be truly unique.

The name chosen for this project is The Residences at Armani Casa & Condominium, and the featured partners are whos who of the best in luxury oceanfront property developers, architectural design firms, and fashion designers.

Among these names, Argentinian superstar architect Cesar Pelli,known in Miami for the design of the the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. Cesar Pelli and his Connecticut firm, Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects notable designs include the Petronas Towers in Kuala, Lumpur, Malaysia, the World Financial Center, which is across from the World Trade Center in Manhattan, along with the currently under construction Bill and Melinda Gates Computer Science Complex at the University of Texas at Austin among dozens of other notable properties.

All expect that this newest collaboration will create a something unquestionably special among oceanfront Miami Beach luxury condominium developments.

Earlier details on the Residences at Armani Casa condominium project include:

-       Property projected to feature 60 floors

-       Property reported to offer approximately 260 luxury oceanfront residences

-       5 residences per floor

-       The Armani Casa designed and styled residences will be offered beginning in floor plans starting at around 1,350 square feet to just over 3,700 square feet

-       Floor plans are offered in 2, 3, 4-bedroom plans with the 2-bedroom ocean front plan, and 3 and 4-bedroom units including a den

-       South end corner 2 bedroom units and the 4 bedroom north side corner floor plans increase in size on the higher floors, as the building design expands as it rises to its pinnacle of 60 stories

-       Starting prices are set to start at $1.1m for low floor bayfront 2 bedroom residence and up to $5.6m+ for high floor corner "flow-thru" 4-bedroom residences
